===================================================================================================== Andrew Jeffers Managing Director Allied Lifts UK Kathy came in to deliver a short course to our drivers about driving awareness and saving fuel techniques, she compiled and delivered a training day to suit what we wanted to achieve. The objective was to make drivers aware of avoidance of accidents and to drive economically to reduce costs to the company. She did not try to sell us anything we did not want, she simply listened to what we needed and made some suggestions. The training day was conducted at our premises and Kathy used interactive discussion, power point and video to challenge attitude and belief of our drivers. After the course, the drivers gave us some positive feedback. They said the course was useful, interesting, none judgemental and thought provoking. Kathy also reviewed our driving policy and made some suggestions to improve this in line with course content. I would recommend any company who has company vehicle drivers to at least speak to Kathy as it will save you money, increase your company image and invest in your drivers.
