The Way Forward

At Insight 2 drive we are constantly developing ways on which we can
help you to pass your test and enjoy the journey getting there. We
have introduced this free instant professional psychometric
personality test to enable us to construct a training programme
specifically for your needs.

Want to know how your personality may affect your driving? Then try
the test, we’ll also discuss your report with you at the start of your first
lesson booked with Insight 2 drive. That way you know that your
training programme is individually designed and geared to your
requirements.

Don't worry, the test is short and you can't give any wrong answers.
This test does not impact in any way on your final driving test and all
information is protected by the data protection act.

The questionnaire consists of 5 questions, and should take
under 4 minutes to complete. A timer will begin to

Psychometric profiling gives us a snapshot view of the preferred
behaviour that comes subconsciously to most people. This is the
behaviour with which you are ‘comfortable’ and includes subjects
such as how you prefer to be communicated with, as well as your
natural levels of concentration and patience so that we can guide your
training to enhance this and help you along the way to passing your
test with confidence.
Driving Standards Agency

The Driving Standards Agency’s interest in the impact that personality and attitude plays in learning to drive is
currently under review in the Government’s current ‘Learning to Drive’ consultation paper. This document and the
responses to it will form the basis of what is widely expected to be the biggest reform of the driver training and testing
system in the UK since the introduction of the L test.

Personality profiling is one key area that lobbyists are becoming increasingly vocal about and is likely to become part
of new legislative measures currently being planned
