| What does it involve? It is your legal duty as an employer that you ensure the Health and Safety of all your drivers while they drive for work. Health and Safety does apply to “Driving for Work”. Insight 2 Drive has a team of very experienced Fleet Trainers that cover the whole of the North West, we will design a bespoke course to suite your needs. You may want to have all your drivers assessed or just the one who have a higher than average incident rate. We will come and see you for an informal chat to assess your needs and tailor a course to suite you. We will work towards (A COST) Attitude, Concentration, Observation, Space and Time . It is important that your drivers are assessed by a qualified fleet trainer who can deal with attitude as well as techniques. Kathy herself was once a sales representative covering the North West of England and North Wales, so she has a lot of empathy with fleet drivers. Most of our courses follow this format
